Hello and welcome to another edition of 'Previously On Allods Online'! The Astral Storm raged through Sarnaut during the month of May and left behind a trail of destruction, well if you consider awesome new features to be destruction(which we will for the purpose of that opening line)! New astral quests were added, a brand new astral PvP zone and a new Battleground, revamped alchemy hit our server, as well as the mentoring system! It was a pretty busy time as not only did we update the game but we also launched a new look Allods Online website, giving us more of the Game of Gods feel that we've become known for!

Hunt for the Dead City Convicts
The hunt for the Dead City Convicts began in May, as word reached the Empire and the League that five dangerous fugitives from Dead City had jumped through the now opened portal and escaped into the broken allods of Sarnaut! Those five have waited for thousands of years to be free....and now they are!
Groups of our players set out on the first two missions to bring them to justice, with Mortis, the tricky Ranger, and Icarus, the fallen Mage, spotted on two seperate locations. Mortis was brought to justice after some fierce fighting and is now under arrest, Icarus however proved to be a far greater challenge. Having taken many warriors lives he escaped into the mountains, where a showdown with one of our pursuing players left him injured, but alive. Icarus has vowed revenge for this defeat and we're sure to see him again. Keep in mind that the other three convicts, Lux, Kronus and their mysterious leader, are also still at loose and you'll see some interesting times ahead for our players as our GM run mini-series continues!

Guild Leaderboard
Each week the Guild Leaderboard (note: you must be signed in to the Guild Portal to view it) gets updated to showcase the Top 30 Guilds from across both Isa & Zak. The ranking is dependent on the amount of prestige earned by the Guild in total, and really shows which guilds are on the rise, and which ones need to regroup to fight back!
The GMs also pick one guild per week to be the nominated Guild of the Week, usually to do with who has made the most impressive move of the week. It's a place where guilds like Sasava and Monsters Inc battle it out for their faction and guild's dominance every single week!

Anniversary Event
Allods Online celebrated our first anniversary since going live during May! Beginning on Mat 11th we ran an Anniversary Coin event for players to win special costumes, headgear, mounts, fireworks and other great items to help us blow out the candles on our birthday cake!
We also decided to give each of our active players a special token of our appreciation by sending them a free Wolf mount and free Astral Ship items in the mail!

Sharing is Caring
Everyone likes being apart of a good community right? We wouldn't be playing one of the great MMOs if not!
Well, our GMs devised a new way of getting the community to work together to win rewards for the entire server and ran it throughout May. The idea was for players to come together on our Facebook page and like specially selected images and videos, once a set target of likes was reached they activated Lucky Moments for a full 24 hours!!
We have to say that our players responded greatly to this event, they really came together and worked for the good of the server, and as such we can say that everyone was a winner here!
